Paid Listings Policy

Sellers (insolvency practitioners, brokers, advisors) may submit listings to be reviewed by our team. Approved listings appear in search results with a “Verified — submitted by [Org Name]” badge.

Sellers may also pay to feature a listing. Featured listings get a “Featured” badge and dedicated placement.

Important: Payment does not influence the independent opportunity score. Opportunity scoring is computed from public data and never adjusted in exchange for payment.

We reject listings that are misleading, that breach insolvency-practitioner professional conduct rules, or that target the same opportunity from more than one seller without authority.
