Acceptable Use Policy

You must NOT use Distressed Deal Flow to: - Send unsolicited marketing in breach of PECR / GDPR. - Harass, threaten or unlawfully approach company officers. - Re-publish bulk content from the platform or its sources. - Reverse-engineer scoring, scraping protections or AI prompts. - Submit listings that are misleading, fraudulent or in breach of insolvency-practitioner professional rules.

Breach may result in account suspension, removal of listings, and referral to the relevant regulator.
